Pelé, o ‘rei’ do futebol brasileiro, faleceu esta quinta-feira, 29 de dezembro, aos 82 anos de idade.
O antigo jogador estava internado num hospital em São Paulo há mais de um mês e o seu estado de saúde agravou nos últimos dias. Lutava contra um cancro no intestino.
Pelé representou a selecção brasileira em quatro mundiais: 1958, 1962, 1966 e 1970. Somou na selecção canarinha, 92 internacionalizações e 77 golos.
Nas redes sociais somam-se as reações à triste notícia, nomeadamente, por parte de vários clubes como Sporting CP, SL Benfica, Atlético de Madrid, Manchester United, FC Barcelona, Fluminense, etc.
